Beauty Bank FAQs
How do I pay into my Beauty Bank?
By card, in My account. Choose a monthly amount that's taken automatically, top up with a one-off payment whenever you like, or do both. Payments are handled securely by Stripe, so your card details never touch our website.
Is there a minimum amount?
Each payment needs to be at least £10. Above that, it's up to you.
Can I use my balance on any treatment?
Yes, on anything at The Face Place. You can pay for a whole treatment from your balance, or use part of it and pay the rest another way.
Can I take money out if I change my mind?
Yes. Ask in My account and we'll refund your whole balance to your card, free of charge, 14 days later. Asking also stops any monthly payments.
Does my balance expire?
No. It stays in your Beauty Bank until you use it or ask for it back.
Can I stop or change my monthly payments?
Yes, any time, in My account. Your balance stays put.
Can I give my balance to someone else?
No. Your Beauty Bank balance is just for your own treatments and can't be transferred to anyone else.
