About these terms
These terms apply when you book a treatment with The Face Place, run by Carly's full name or business name, at Room 2, 11–12 Morgan Street, Tredegar NP22 3NA. By booking, you agree to these terms, our cancellation policy and our privacy policy.
Age
You must be 18 or over to have treatment with us. It's against the law to give anti-wrinkle injections or dermal fillers to anyone under 18 for cosmetic reasons. We may ask for photo ID.
Consultations and suitability
Every treatment starts with a consultation. Carly will ask about your medical history, medication and allergies, explain the treatment, its risks and what to expect, and ask you to sign a consent form.
Please give full and honest answers. Leaving out information could affect your safety and your results.
If Carly decides a treatment isn't suitable or safe for you, she won't carry it out. That decision is always made in your best interest.
Treatments that use prescription-only medicines are only given after a face-to-face consultation with a qualified prescriber.
Results
Everyone's skin and body are different, so results vary and can't be guaranteed. Carly will explain realistic results at your consultation. How long results last depends on the treatment and the person.
Aftercare
You'll be given aftercare advice for your treatment. Following it helps you get the best result and lowers the chance of complications. If you have any concerns after treatment, contact us straight away on 07792 686134. If it's an emergency, call 999 or go to A&E.
Prices and payment
Our prices are shown on our price list and confirmed at your consultation. We may change our prices, but the price you agreed when booking won't change for that appointment.
A non-refundable booking fee is needed to secure your appointment, and is taken off the cost of your treatment. The balance is paid on the day, and accepted payment methods.

Refunds
Because treatments are medical procedures and results vary, we don't offer refunds once a treatment has been carried out. If you're unhappy with your treatment, please talk to us. We'll always listen and do our best to put things right.
Complaints
If you'd like to make a complaint, please email thefaceplacewales@gmail.com with details. We'll acknowledge it within e.g. 3 working days and aim to resolve it within e.g. 14 days.
Rewards schemes
Membership, our loyalty scheme, refer a friend and Beauty Bank each have their own terms, which are shown on their pages. add once the schemes are finalised
Beauty Bank
- You can pay in any amount from £10 at a time, by card, as a monthly payment, a one-off top-up, or both. You can change or stop monthly payments at any time in My account.
- Your balance can be used towards any treatment or product at The Face Place, in full or in part.
- Your balance doesn't expire and doesn't earn interest or bonuses. It's for your own treatments and can't be transferred to anyone else.
- You can ask for your whole balance back at any time in My account. We'll refund it to the card you paid with, free of charge, 14 days after you ask.
- Your balance is held by The Face Place. It isn't a bank account and isn't covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme.
Membership
- Membership is paid monthly by card, starting on the day you join. What each option includes is shown on the membership page and in My account.
- You can stop your membership at any time in My account. It carries on until the end of the month you've paid for, and nothing more is taken.
- If you switch to a different option, the new price starts from your next monthly payment.
- Membership is for you only and can't be shared or transferred.
Our website

The law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Nothing in them affects your legal rights as a consumer.
