Treatments and safety
Are the treatments safe?
Absolutely. All treatments are carried out using high-quality, regulated products by a registered nurse with over 10 years' medical experience, who is fully qualified and insured and trained in aesthetic medicine.
What treatments do you offer?
We offer a range of non-surgical aesthetic treatments, including lip enhancement, anti-wrinkle treatment, skin boosters, polynucleotides, chemical peels, microneedling, facials, vitamin injections and more. Each treatment is tailored to your needs after a thorough consultation.
Yes. Every treatment starts with a consultation with Carly, so she can talk through what you'd like and make sure it's right for you.
Will it hurt?
Most clients report minimal discomfort. We use numbing cream where appropriate and make sure you're comfortable throughout.
How long do results last?
It varies by treatment. For example, dermal fillers can last 6–18 months, anti-wrinkle treatment 3–4 months, and polynucleotides and skin boosters 3–6 months. At your consultation, we'll explain what to expect for your chosen treatment.
Before and after
Is there anything I should do before my appointment?
Yes. Avoid alcohol, blood-thinning medication (unless prescribed) and strenuous exercise for 24 hours before your appointment. We'll give you a full pre-treatment guide when you book.
What is the downtime after treatment?
Most aesthetic treatments have minimal downtime. You might have slight swelling, redness or bruising, but this usually settles within a few days.
What aftercare should I follow?
We give you detailed aftercare instructions for your treatment. Generally, avoid touching the area and wearing make-up for 24 hours, and avoid intense heat (sunbeds, saunas, exercise and so on) for 48 hours.
